You may return or exchange your Mia Sky Aroma products – as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging – within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges are subject to review. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange:
    • Contact Mia Sky Aroma Customer Support at miaskyaromas@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide supporting images concerning your claim to help us assess the condition of the product.
    • Request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. Once received, you can proceed with your return.
  2. Return and Exchange Policy for Scent Diffusers (Machines):
    • Returns and exchanges for scent diffusers (machines) will be reviewed based on the provided images and the condition of the product.
    • Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Make sure to include the packing slip with your return.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Machine Return Policy

A customer may return any diffuser (machines) they purchased online as an e-commerce purchase for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date they receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Please note the following conditions and requirements:

  1. Condition of Return:
    • The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. There will be no refunds on used diffusers (machines).
  2. Restocking Fee:
    • There will be a 25% restocking fee for any diffusers (machines) returned.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Once the returned diffuser is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Label

Mia Sky Aroma does not provide a return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please email miaskyaroma@gmail.com for customer support.
